My name is Roger Skogholm and I’m an illustrator based in the little town Ulricehamn close to Gothenburg in Sweden. 

After about 10 years of painting portraits and caricatures, making album covers and doing street views, landscapes and imaginary worlds in watercolors, I’ve since the last 5 years done a full stop in the kidlit universe, working digitally. And what a great universe! 

In my portfolio you will find pieces of my most recent and favorite works, ranging from personal projects to client work. Some of the pieces are from a story called ”The music shop” where the shop owners will to play and show his instruments to his only customers, a girl and a snail, gets a little in the way of giving them what they want. Other pieces are from a heartwarming story where a dancing couple finds the perfect way to comfort a little boy after losing his beloved grandfather.

You will also find client work I’ve made for Kläppen Ski Resort . In this wonderful ongoing project I get to illustrate the fantastic little trolls that occupy the ski mountains in Dalarna, Sweden.
